Complex Needs Teacher - MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance - Starting ASAP or January 2026 - Based in an SEN School - Wandsworth, South West London
The school is seeking a Complex Needs Teacher to teach in either KS3 or KS4. The ideal candidate will have SEN teaching experience and strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
In this Complex Needs Teacher position, you will be required to teach students in KS3 or KS4. These students are working on Pre Key Stage Levels, and there are around 6-10 students in each class. The needs and levels of ability in each class can vary. You will be supported by a minimum of 2 additional TAs who will support you in the classroom and keep the students engaged throughout the day.
As a Complex Needs Teacher, you must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong behaviour and classroom management, and preferably have experience teaching in an SEN-based environment.
Based in the South West of London, specifically in Wandsworth, this SEN School caters for students with a wide range of complex needs aged between 4-16 years. The School is located close to local tube stations and is easily accessible from a range of bus routes, making it easy to get to from surrounding areas.
