Complex Needs Support Worker (Salary: 24043.50 - 24843.00 per annum), Full-Time; Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, Permanent

South West based charitable housing association BCHA was founded over 50 years ago with a mission to meet housing needs and end homelessness. We build and provide affordable, secure homes and support individuals to lead independent, fulfilling lives. Our work includes developing sites and supporting people with housing, learning, or living skills, grounded in equality, dignity, and respect.

Our team works within Derriford Hospital to support vulnerable and complex customers who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or need support to maintain their tenancies. We collaborate with hospital departments to facilitate safe and appropriate discharges.

Position:

You will provide support and case management to people with multiple and complex needs, applying The Plymouth Alliance (TPA) principles. Experience working with homeless or socially excluded individuals and understanding safeguarding issues is desirable. You should have the energy and enthusiasm to deliver positive, trauma-informed care, making a real difference.

You will work as part of a team to support our customers, helping them achieve their goals and become more independent. Your positive attitude and calm, personable manner will contribute to a supportive environment, capable of handling challenging situations.
