Job description

Complex Needs Support Worker

Search Healthcare is working with a nationally recognized healthcare provider to source experienced support workers for a residential environment supporting individuals with complex needs.

The Role:

You will support individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and spinal injuries. The role involves working flexible shifts, including day and night shifts, as well as regular weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous experience working as a support worker with individuals with complex needs and severe mental health difficulties. Experience with MAPA/PMVA training is highly desirable.
