Job summary

Axcis Education is hiring a full-time, permanent Complex Needs Support Assistant to join an all-through PMLD school near Totnes. Start date 1 December 2026. Salary £18,500–£22,200 depending on qualifications and experience.

Hours are 8:50 to 3:10, with a permanent role including potential temp-to-perm progression. The role supports children who are pre-verbal and non-verbal, working with primary and secondary departments to provide tailored, nurturing learning experiences.
