GSL Education is looking for a Compassionate and Resilient Complex Needs Support Assistant to work in a specialist school in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience supporting students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex medical needs, Autism, or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with a range of complex needs

Assist with communication, mobility, sensory activities, and personal care (where required)

Work closely with class teachers, therapists, and medical staff to deliver individual learning and care plans

Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment to promote learning and independence

Offer emotional reassurance and consistent routine to help pupils thrive

Experience working with children or young people with complex SEN or PMLD

A calm, patient, and empathetic attitude

Willingness to assist with personal care and manual handling (training can be provided)

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via GSL)

Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, during term time
