Paralegal– Complex Injury – Newcastle

Complex Injury- Paralegal– Newcastle – The opportunity to develop your legal skills and experience working with a recognised market leader in catastrophic injury work within this national firm's Complex Injury Claims Team.

Overview

A varied and unique caseload.

Working out of the firm's Newcastle office, you will be exposed to high-value multi-track and catastrophic injury claims including assisting on multi-million pound brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal claims. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling complex injury claims with guidance from senior lawyers
  • Assisting in case preparation and legal research
  • Supporting the legal team in client communication and case management

The ideal applicant

The role is suited for someone who already has experience working in a paralegal or similar role in a personal injury team and is looking to develop their skills and career in complex injury claims. The ideal candidate will also:

  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be proactive and detail-oriented

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with the option of working 1 day per week in the office and 4 days working from home.
