Qualifications

Role and Responsibilities

You will be working within a passionate team that deals with complex injuries, including litigated cases (mostly motorbike related), undertaking progression and settlement of the files on behalf of clients both pre and post issue with the support of junior members of the team.

This role would suit a fee earner or qualified solicitor with experience in handling complex fast track RTA personal injury claims, including a litigated caseload and complex MOJ claims.

Experience of the MOJ Portal desirable
IT literate
Experience with credit hire would be an advantage but not essential as full training can be provided
