Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Complex Emotional Needs Advanced Practitioners to work across Community Mental Health Teams in Bradford, Aireborough and Craven. Posts require advanced knowledge in CEN, delivered in a trauma-informed, recovery-focused way with multi-agency collaboration.
Key duties include developing care plans, ensuring NICE guidance adherence, and providing clinical consultation and direct care using evidence-based practices such as DBT or SCM.
An exciting opportunity has arisen as part of our Complex Emotional Needs Pathway development. We are seeking a Complex Emotional Needs Advanced Practitioners to work across our Community Mental Health Teams in Bradford, AireWharfe and Craven alongside other professionals in the MDT.
The posts are specialist roles requiring an advanced level of knowledge about the development and treatment of complex emotional needs. Working in a trauma-informed recovery focused way, the successful candidates will work in collaboration across services to ensure an individualised, multi-agency approach to care and support.
