This is a rewarding, field-based role where you will manage your own diary, promoting a work-life balance while providing quality care in clients' homes.

Our bespoke services cater to adults, children, and young people with conditions like spinal injuries, neurological injuries, acquired brain injuries, trauma, epilepsy, learning disabilities, and genetic disorders.

This role offers career development opportunities, including clinical and management skills enhancement. The position does not require working bank holidays, weekends, or nights.

Job Details
  • Salary: £43,940
  • Location: North London including Potters Bar, Enfield, Waltham Cross
  • Driving license required
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, no weekend or bank holiday work
Responsibilities
  • Assessing and reviewing individual care packages
  • Providing practical training to care workers
  • Conducting clinical supervisions and instructions
  • Working at the point of care in homes, schools, community, and day centers
  • Engaging with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, hospitals, nursing homes, and learning disability establishments
  • Participating in paid phone support on-call rota on a rotational basis
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with ICU/HDU or complex care experience
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate
