A community care provider in Nottingham is seeking a female carer to provide person-centred support for a young lady with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. The role involves assisting with activities such as gymnastics and farm visits, and requires a valid driver's licence. The position offers excellent pay rates and fully paid training.
Responsibilities: Deliver person-centred, specialised, flexible, and needs-based care to clients in their own homes.
Client: Support a young lady with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, helping her live independently and enjoy her hobbies. The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of support in different aspects, they will gain experience and knowledge with MCAS disorder with the ongoing training, support and supervision from our Registered Community Nurse.
The ideal candidate will be female only, due to the care and social requirements needed in providing support, as per the exemption to the Equality Act of 2010. Other requirements include being a non-smoker, enthusiastic and caring, interested in gymnastics, farm visits, and gaming, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. A full, valid Driver's Licence is also necessary.
