Complex Care Support Workers Wanted - Norwich Region

Libertatem Healthcare Group is looking for compassionate and committed Care Assistants to join their growing team in the Norwich region. The roles offer up to 40+ hours per week, including day and night shifts, with competitive pay rates. Successful candidates will receive fast-track compliance and onboarding, as well as the opportunity to support clients in the local area.

Main duties of the job

Libertatem Healthcare Group is hosting a virtual recruitment event for roles based in and around Norwich. They are seeking individuals with a caring nature, a passion for supporting independence, and ideally experience in complex care. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a variety of shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts from Monday to Sunday, and day and night shifts, including sleeping night options. The pay rates are £14.15 - £14.68 per hour on weekdays and £14.68 - £15.20 per hour on weekends. Applicants must be drivers with access to their own vehicle.
