Complex Care Support Workers Wanted - Norwich Region

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join their team in the Norwich area. The role involves delivering complex care support to clients, with flexible shift patterns and opportunities for up to 40+ hours per week. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, along with competitive pay rates ranging from £13.65 to £15.90 per hour.

Main duties of the job

Care Assistants will provide high-quality complex care, including personal care, medication management, mobility assistance, and support for independent living. Candidates should possess a caring nature, a passion for supporting independence, and ideally some experience in complex care.

We are hosting a virtual recruitment event for roles based in and around Norwich. We are looking for compassionate, dedicated Care Assistants to join our expanding team!

Pay Rates: £13.65 – £15.90 per hour

Requirement: Must be a driver with access to your own vehicle

Shifts Available (Up to 40+ hours per week): • 12-hour shifts - Monday to Sunday

• Day and Night shifts available, including sleeping night options (pay rate to be discussed at interview)
