Job summary

CCH is seeking care professionals to join Maidstone Complex SCP, part of CCH, to support a non-verbal young adult with complex needs in a home setting near Maidstone, Detling. The role offers 2:1 day and night shifts (8 am–8 pm and 8 pm–8 am) with 2–3 shifts weekly; a vehicle is required due to location and transport links.

We provide free DBS checks, full training and paid induction, with clear career growth into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence with own vehicle due to location.
• Experience with intermittent catheter care (advantageous).
• Experience with suctioning machines (advantageous).
• Experience with PEJs (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Care for a non-verbal young adult with complex needs (PEG feeds, meds, seizure monitoring).
• Maintain a safe, supportive living environment with clear communication.
• Adapt care to dog-in-home setting and client preferences.
