Job summary

CCH Maidstone Complex SCP in Detling near Maidstone is seeking compassionate care professionals to join our growing Complex Care team. You will support a young adult with complex needs in the home, providing dedicated care and clear communication.

Key duties include PEG feeds, medication administration, and monitoring for seizures; you will work 2:1 days and nights with 2–3 shifts per week. A valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required due to transport links.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills are essential for client care.
• A full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required.
• Experience in complex care settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide PEG feeds (PEJ) and medication administration.
• Monitor the client’s condition for seizures and respond to needs.
