The client has a tracheostomy, urostomy, colostomy, suffers from epilepsy and Alzheimer’s disease. Support involves assisting with medical needs, personal care, domestic tasks, and emotional support. Shifts include 24-hour (8am-8am) and 12-hour (8am-8pm) options. Responsibilities include supporting independence, managing complex needs, assisting with mobility, medication, and rehabilitation activities, and ensuring safety and dignity. Full training, supervision, weekly pay, and holiday pay are provided. A DBS check is required; full training and clinical support are included. Vaccination may be mandatory depending on client needs.
