Libertatem Healthcare in Lowestoft is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist an adult with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and PEG feeding, living at home with his parents. You will work within a 2:1 care team to provide person-centred support and build trust with the client and family.

Qualifications

• Solid background in care, compassionate and reliable.
• No essential complex care experience required; training provided in tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and all aspects of specialist support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client’s condition and health.
• Support with daily and nightly routines.
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Administer medication and monitor health.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
