Job Summary

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Oxford. The role involves supporting a gentleman in his 40s who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including mobility issues, loss of vision on the right side, and PEG feeding. The successful candidate will have experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Pay & Working Hours

Hourly rate: £16.45 on weekdays, £17.48 on Saturdays, £18.51 on Sundays. Full-time up to 40 hours per week, 08:00 – 20:00.
