About the Role:

As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to individuals facing a range of challenges, including mental health conditions, substance misuse, and challenging behaviours. You will help empower our clients to live fulfilling lives while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
2. Assist with personal care, daily activities and emotional support
3. Use your expertise to manage and address challenging behaviours effectively

Essential Requirements:

1. Experience in working with individuals with mental health conditions, challenging behaviours, and substance misuse
2. Complex Care Procedures Trained
3. Medication Trained
4. Full Driver's License
5. Minimum of 1 year recent UK experience working in a complex care setting
6. Right to work in the UK
7. Valid PMVA / MAPPA Certificate
8. Current Care Certificate
