Full-time position Monday to Friday (Flexibility needed) Hybrid working 25 plus bank holidays

My client, who is a small complex care provider for children and adults in Sussex, is looking to expand their team by adding an experienced and compassionate nurse due to organic growth!

Specialising in complex needs, my client is on a mission to provide exceptional care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide nursing care to patients with complex needs.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary.
4. Educate patients and families on health management.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.
2. Experience in complex care settings.
3. Compassionate and dedicated to patient care.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
