Job summary

OneCall24 Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker/Teaching Assistant to join a family team in Lincoln and support a young lady with complex care needs. You will assist with daily living, personal care, medications, and therapies, both at home and at school, on a supply TA contract with the school.

The role requires driving, good English communication, and a positive, energetic approach. Training is provided, with generous pay rates and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care or school-based support.
• Ability to follow personalised care plans.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and health-related support as required.
• Administer medications and feeds under supervision.
• Support therapies (physiotherapy, occupational, speech and language).
• Assist in school settings as a Teaching Assistant dedicated to the client.
• Record updates for care plans and communicate with the team.
