Job summary

Unicare Complex Care Specialist Ltd in Woking is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to support a client with complex care at home, focusing on safety, comfort and dignity. A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle are required, and you will be part of a supportive management structure providing ongoing clinical training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Driving requirement with access to a reliable vehicle.
• Previous experience as an HCA in complex care or intensive care environments.
• Desirable experience with tracheostomy care and ventilation (clinical guidance provided).
• Strong competency in safe manual handling practices.
• Reliable, punctual and able to commute to KT20 postcode.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient, empathetic approach.
