Job description

Enviva, part of the Sonderwell Group, is looking for Complex Care Assistants in the York area.

HOURS OF WORK: Mon 12.00-5.00pm, Tues 9.00am-4.30pm, Thurs 9.00am-4.30pm (with some flexibility to cover a Fri or Sat evening instead of a weekday)

PAY RATE: £14.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS: Paediatric experience required

Our client is a lively 3-year-old who loves exploring through touch and smell. She is registered blind and has a Tracheostomy, requiring support to keep safe. She enjoys music, stories, park visits, bus rides, and is learning to use the potty. A fun-loving carer is needed to join her care team, which is led by a children’s nurse who will provide training, with support from her mum.

Your role involves supporting the client in her home with daily routines, maintaining safety, record-keeping, and other care needs. Experience in paediatrics is essential; complex care experience is desirable but training will be provided.
