Hours: 12 hours a day on a rotation including weekends

Company: Enviva, part of the Sonderwell Group, is seeking Complex Care Assistants in the Clacton area.

Induction and Development

Our comprehensive onboarding includes paid training and shadowing to help you understand your role and integrate into the team. Your colleagues and management will support you throughout your induction and ongoing development, including studying for NVQs or attending specific training sessions.

Client Care

You will support clients in their homes with daily routines, including activities like community outings, cinema visits, and hobbies such as wrestling, figurines, superheroes, cycling, and sports.

Typical Activities

• Tracheostomy care
• Oxygen therapy
• Personal care
• Accompanying clients to social activities
