We're on the hunt for dedicated and compassionate Complex Healthcare Assistants to join our vibrant team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients based in the Waltham Cross Area.

Care First 24 is a complex care provider for both physical and mental health needs across the UK. We work with a diverse client group with a variety of care needs. We provide kind, compassionate, and patient support that ensures the client feels comfortable and safe in our care. We strive to make a positive difference through tailored care and support.

Role requirements

  1. You must have 1 year of Complex Healthcare Assistant experience working in a health or social care setting.
  2. Fluent oral and written English language skills.
  3. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Driving license preferred.
  5. Commitment to quality care and support.

You'll be providing care and support to an adult and helping them access the community and college. The individual needs include:

  1. Tracheostomy management and tube replacement.
  2. Suction & nebulisers.
  3. Nutritional and hydration assistance.
  4. Support with ADLs and promote independence.

Salary: £14.00-£16.00 per hour.
