Job Description:

Make a Real Difference – Join Our Caring Team!

Hourly Pay: £18.21

Shift: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 10pm-6am

As a Libertatem Complex Care Assistant, you can make a real difference to people’s lives by caring for their complex needs and enabling them to live the life they choose. You’ll join a supportive team that provides training and development to support your client and help you succeed in this rewarding role.

Your role

Everyone is different. That’s the core of our approach to care. Our care opportunities vary—from taking clients to medical appointments to full twelve-hour support during their day. You’ll be there to meet each person’s unique needs.

Building a connection with the people you care for is crucial. You’ll also need to handle physical aspects of care. Experience required includes:

  • Enteral Feeding
  • Medication Administration

Supporting you

Being a Libertatem carer is about caring and building trust with clients and their families. If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we offer online and classroom training in complex care needs and opportunities to study for NVQ qualifications.

You may work alone or as part of a team, supporting more than one client if you wish and have the availability.

Before starting, you’ll meet your client and their family. You’ll have ongoing support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager, and access to our ‘Carer App’ for insights and information. We equip you with everything needed for this fulfilling role.

What we can offer you

We tailor opportunities to your preferences—full-time, part-time, day, or night shifts. Our benefits include referral bonuses and an employee assistance program focused on your well-being.

We are open to all

We promote diversity, inclusion, and equity. We welcome applications from all backgrounds and provide accommodations for applicants with disabilities where possible.
