City and County Healthcare Group Ltd is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to deliver personalised care with full training and clinical support in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management and PEG feeding.

You'll support a young man in his early twenties with cerebral palsy, providing personal care, PEG medications, seizure support, and meaningful social interaction alongside a dedicated care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication via PEG, and seizure support for a young man with cerebral palsy.
• Assist with complex care tasks including tracheostomy care, ventilation support, and PEG feeding under clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver compassionate, social and meaningful interactions daily.
