Job summary

CCH Maidstone Complex SCP in Northfleet is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client at home with complex clinical needs. The role requires monitoring and proactive care, with emphasis on empathy and teamwork.

You will assist in communication using eye gaze technology for a non-verbal client, ensuring comfort and quality of life, with shifts available across the week.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilation is required.
• Desirable: PEG feeding, medication administration, moving & handling equipment, communication skills for non-verbal clients.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult client in their home with complex clinical needs requiring regular monitoring and assistance.
• Encourage and support alternative communication methods for a non-verbal client using eye gaze technology to express needs.
