About the role…

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to join our friendly team supporting a young man in his own home in the BA1 area.

This is a rewarding role providing 2:1 support, helping to promote independence and ensure the highest quality of life.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in complex care is preferred, but not essential

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a 2:1 support team

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow care plans
  • Driver desirable, but not essential
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
