Job Title: Complex Care Assistant
Location: SN16 - Malmesbury
Hours:
Day Shifts: Every Monday, Thursday, and Friday 09:30 to 13:30.
Evening Shifts: Every day 17:30 to 20:00.
Sleep-in Support is available for over time.
Pay Rates: Monday to Friday 8-8pm - GBP14.60
Monday to Thursday 8pm 8am - GBP15.60
Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm - GBP17.12
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8pm to 8am - GBP17.99

We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a vibrant and outgoing female client living with dementia. This is a highly rewarding role working with an active individual who enjoys a wide range of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and companionship in a dignified and respectful manner
  • Support with walking, shopping, gardening, and attending local caf??s
  • Assist with meal planning, cooking, and baking activities
  • Offer emotional support and encouragement
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment in line with the client s needs

About the Client
Our client is a sociable, humorous, and energetic person who enjoys being out and about. Her interests include:
  • Long walks and nature
  • Shopping and visiting caf??s
  • Gardening and cooking
  • Laughing and sharing stories
She is living with dementia, so experience in this area is essential.

Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with dementia
  • A genuine passion for care and companionship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow care plans
  • Driver & access to own vehicle is ESSENTIAL
