Care Assistant - Night Shifts in Maldon & Chelmsford

We're recruiting a dedicated and compassionate part-time Care Assistant in the Maldon & Chelmsford area, working nights. You will join our nurse-led care team to provide care to a 4-year-old male with Kleesstra Syndrome, a genetic developmental condition. This condition leads to multiple complex needs including sight and hearing issues, lung disease, gastrostomy, and epilepsy.

Specific needs of this client include:

  • Buccal for Epilepsy - administered by his parents
  • B-Pap
  • Ventilation and Oxygen support when needed

Shifts available: Part-time Night shift - Thursdays 10pm-7am. Other night and day shifts may be available in the Essex area if you wish to increase your hours.

We provide comprehensive nurse-led training and induction programmes to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We seek individuals with excellent people skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both in a team and independently.
