Job summary

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join Dove House in Creswell near Worksop. You will work with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and sensory and communication differences, supporting daily living, activities in home and community, and helping individuals regain independence.

The role requires resilience, compassion and ability to work 12.5-hour shifts across 3-4 days per week, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care, learning disability, autism, or mental health settings.
• Ability to support daily living activities and community engagement.
• Willingness to work shift patterns including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community activities; maintain service user records.
• Maintain compassionate, vigilant and resilient care in a challenging environment.
