Job summary

Independent Community Care Management, part of CCH, is recruiting for a Complex Care role in Leicester. You will care for a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs within a 2:1 package, handling personal care, nutrition, medication and specialized movement support.

The role includes full training, paid induction, DBS paid by the employer, and opportunities for progression into leadership positions. DBS clearance is provided and relocation may be possible within national roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical skills essential prior to interview.
• Medication administration and moving & handling equipment knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• You will look after a non-verbal young gentleman with very complex clinical needs, in a 2:1 care package.
• Care tasks include personal care, food and medication preparation and administration, and specialist moving and handling.
