Job summary

Continuity of Care Services Ltd. is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Tunbridge Wells. You will support a young lady with 24/7 care needs in her home, working alongside another carer to provide a high-quality, person-centred service.

Shifts include days and nights with flexible hours, and there may be an on-call rota. Training is provided, and we offer enhanced pay on weekends and bank holidays along with ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience and understanding of working with people disadvantaged through illness and disability.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• We are looking for compassionate, patient and reliable carers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including getting up in the morning and going to bed at night, washing, dressing and toileting.
• Medication administration.
• Food preparation and peg feeding support if required.
• General household duties, including light housework and laundry.
• Maintain good communication with the client and their family.
