Complex Care Assistant – Children & Young Adults

Location: Serving Tetbury & Gloucester
Driving Licence: Required
Hourly Pay-
Weekday Days (Mon–Fri): £14.60/hour
Weekend Days (Sat–Sun): £17.12/hour
Weekday Nights (Mon–Thurs): £16.60/hour
Weekend Nights (Fri–Sun): £17.99/hour
Holiday Pay: Paid separately (not included in hourly rate)
Limited company pay options available – ask for details

Responsibilities
  • Administering and managing PEG feeding
  • Providing postural support and safe positioning
  • Supporting clients during community activities (e.g., trips to the cinema, bowling)
  • Assisting with short breaks and holidays
  • Delivering care in accordance with tailored care plans and clinical instructions
  • You’ll be part of a committed and supportive team, helping to improve lives every single day.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience in complex care or working with children/young adults with additional needs
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
  • Caring, dependable, and confident working independently
  • Open to training and committed to delivering person-centred care
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
