Job summary

CCH Group in Orpington is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury. You will provide person-centred care, promote comfort and independence, and follow the client’s daily support plan with strict infection control and safety checks.

The role requires a valid UK manual driving licence with access to a mobility van, and offers full training, DBS coverage, and clear progression within Maidstone Complex SCP.

Qualifications

• PEG feeding, suctioning, catheter and stoma care experience.
• Medication administration and safe moving/handling skills.
• Clear communication and empathy with patients.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the client’s daily support plan.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety checks.
• Monitor and administer clinical interventions as trained.
