Job summary

A caring services provider in the UK seeks a Complex Care Assistant to support adults with complex needs. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, covering areas such as tracheotomy and ventilation care. This role offers an opportunity to enhance skills while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives. Positions are available for 12 to 24 hours per week on weekends.

Job Description

What you’ll do

In this role, you will care for an adult with complex needs, supporting personal care and community activities such as swimming and days out, while receiving full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care; as a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll work with clients of all ages affected by spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex conditions in their homes and communities, facing new challenges daily and making a meaningful difference by enhancing their quality of life while expanding your own expertise.

What you’ll need

A full UK driving licence with access to a car is required for this role.

You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference.
