Job summary

Advantage Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant in Stevenage to support a client with a spinal cord injury in their family home. This role helps the client live independently while providing vital support.

Key tasks include personal care, handling and administering medication, and driving the client's vehicle to appointments. A full UK driving license is required, but no prior experience in complex care is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

The position offers flexible shifts and opportunities for career growth and training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required for this role.
• No prior complex care experience needed.

Shifts: Fridays 8 am - 8:30 pm| Every other weekend 8 am - 2pm | Bank cover available too
