As a Libertatem Complex Care Assistant, you can make a real difference to people's lives by caring for their complex needs and enabling them to live the life they choose. You'll join a supportive team that provides all the training and development you need to support your client, helping you get the most out of this rewarding and fulfilling role.

Main duties of the job

You will support our client with all aspects of her care, providing personal care, helping with daily tasks and activities. Our client enjoys swimming, bowling, and watching TV. The role requires experience in suprapubic catheter in situ, PEG feeding, medication via gastrostomy, and dystonia management.

Make a Difference – Join Our Caring Team! Hourly Pay: £16.07 - £18.21 Location: St Leonards-on-Sea Shift: Every other Monday 17:00-23:00, Fridays 17:00-23:00, Sundays 17:30-23:30

You will support our client with all aspects of her care, including personal care and daily activities. Our client enjoys swimming, bowling, and watching TV.

If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we provide online and classroom training in complex care needs and the opportunity to study for a relevant NVQ. You may work alone or as part of a team, and support more than one client if available. Before starting, you'll meet your client and their family. You’ll have ongoing support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager and access to our ‘Carer App’ for information and insights. We equip you with everything needed to succeed in this rewarding role.
