Join Libertatem Healthcare Group as a Female Complex Care Assistant in Silsden. You will support a vibrant and sociable 24-year-old woman with cerebral palsy in living life fully at home and in the community. The role requires experience in complex care, a calm and confident communication style, and a full UK driving licence.
As a Female Complex Care Assistant, you will deliver 2:1 care and personal support, manage suctioning, Mic-Key feeding, medication, and seizure response, drive to social activities and appointments, and be part of the client's hobbies to help her thrive. You will receive full clinical training, support from a Nurse Manager or Care Coordinator, NVQ opportunities, and wellbeing support, as well as flexible hours.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: £14.00/hour
Requirement: Full UK driving licence

Experience in complex care (suctioning, gastrostomy, seizures)
Calm, kind, and confident with communication
