Join Us as a Female Complex Care Assistant – Silsden
Location: Silsden
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: £14.00/hour
Requirement: Full UK driving licence

Are you caring, proactive, and ready to make a real impact? We're looking for a Female Complex Care Assistant to support a vibrant and sociable 24-year-old woman with cerebral palsy.

She’s creative, loves Lego, horror films, and art sessions in her summer house. You’ll support her in living life fully—at home and out in the community.

What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver 2:1 care and personal support

  • Manage suctioning, Mic-Key feeding, medication, and seizure response

  • Drive to social activities and appointments

  • Be part of her hobbies and help her thrive

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in complex care (suctioning, gastrostomy, seizures)

  • Calm, kind, and confident with communication

  • A flexible team player who’s happy to get involved

  • Full UK driving licence is essential
