Overview

As a Complex Care Assistant at Libertatem Healthcare Group, you will support clients with complex needs and enable them to live life their way. You will join a friendly, supportive team that provides all the training and development you need to thrive in this rewarding role.

Job responsibilities

• Support the client with all aspects of daily care, including personal care, daily tasks, and activities
• Experience in tracheostomy care, ventilation support, cough assist, gastrostomy care, medication administration, oral suctioning, and seizure management
• Provide day-to-day support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager
• Work independently or as part of a team; may support multiple clients and meet the client and family before starting

Location and pay

Location: Reading

Hourly Pay: £16.53–£21.48

Shifts: Monday–Sunday | 6:00–9:00, 9:00–15:15, 15:15–20:15
