Job description

We are looking for a dedicated staff members to join our customers care team.

Both day and night shifts available – Full and Part time positions.

Our customer is a male who has Learning Disabilities, Autism, Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy. He loves to be out and about doing different activities such as trips to Plymouth and the aquarium.

Our customer requires 2-1 24/7 support.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate member to join our team. With in this role you will be responsible for delivering high quality care to our customers, helping them maintain and gain independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Key responsibility's

-Assisting clients with accessing the community

-personal care duties

- meal preparation and cooking

-maintaining a clean and safe home environment

-Helping clients achieve their goals.

- promoting independence and learning outcomes

-Providing companionship and emotional support

-Monitoring health and wellbeing and reporting concerns or changes to relevant health care professionals.

-Ensuring accurate and in time documentation

Full training provided. We will supply you with all mandatory training modules as well as specific training for the packages of care you are working on.

Rates start at £12.50 Ph for days

And going up to £12.90 for nights

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.50-£12.90 per hour
