We're recruiting experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our Nurse-led Team to provide care to our clients with complex needs in and around the Kings Lynn area.

You'll be providing care and support to our clients who are undergoing neuro rehabilitation, enabling them to leave hospital environments and be cared for in their own home whose individual needs may include:

  • Epilepsy
  • Stroke Recovery
  • PEG Feed

You will be supporting people with complex needs, this will involve all aspects of care and supporting them to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. You will be a lifeline for the service user and their families, providing much-needed support and respite.

We have bank, full-time and part-time roles available, working days or nights on a block pay shift basis to support our services as we roll out across the Norfolk area. Shift patterns of 6 hours a day with work available 7 days per week. Therefore flexibility and some weekend working is required.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
  • You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
  • The Right to Work in the UK
