Job Description for Complex Care Assistant

Join our team as a Complex Care Assistant and make a difference in the lives of our clients. Here are the details:

Shifts and Flexibility

12-hour shifts from 8 am to 8 pm, 3-4 days per week, with some flexibility to cover sickness and leave within the team.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Previous care experience is essential
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK; we do not offer sponsorship
About the Role

Support a lively, sociable 20s female client living with complex health needs. She enjoys activities like swimming, bowling, walks, shopping, and socialising at a community club. Carers should be patient, reassuring, and proactive in anticipating her needs.
