Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay Rate: £12.50 Days and £13.00 Nights

Shifts: 8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am (Full time hours available)

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a kind-hearted client with a great sense of humour and a love for Elvis and country music. The client enjoys good conversation and relaxing with their favourite TV shows. Although they spend most of their time in bed due to complex health needs, they remain sociable and appreciate companionship.The client has breathing and communication difficulties, so your role includes providing person-centred care, supporting medical and personal needs, and helping them communicate comfortably in a calm, respectful environment.

You don’t need any social care experience to apply for this role. We’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
