Complex Care Assistant - Wirral / Nelson

We're recruiting experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Care Workers to join our nurse-led team to provide care to our clients in Wirral / Nelson (CH62 / CH64).

You'll be providing care and support to clients with individual needs, including:

  • Suction

Shifts include:

  • 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm
  • Friday & Saturday 8pm - 7am

While it is essential to have some experience in caring for individuals with complex needs, we provide comprehensive clinical training and induction overseen by professional nurses to equip you with the necessary skills and confidence to succeed as a Care Worker in our nurse-led team. We seek someone with excellent people skills, great communication, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
