Our client is an outgoing and vibrant individual who enjoys the outdoors and regular day trips. Due to the complexity of her condition, she requires 2:1 care, and benefits greatly from consistent, empathetic, and proactive support workers who can offer both practical assistance and genuine companionship.
Provide tailored, person-centred care for a client with complex needs
Support with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
Administer medications and monitor overall wellbeing
Carry out PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and oxygen therapy
Manage seizures calmly and confidently
Keep accurate and up-to-date care documentation
Liaise effectively with healthcare professionals and family members
Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
Experience in brain injury support or complex care settings
Skilled in PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and oxygen use
Confident with medication administration and seizure response
Competent in moving and handling techniques
Empathetic, patient, and dependable with a positive approach
Excellent communication and team-working abilities
Full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle, and business insurance
