The role involves providing essential one-to-one care for a young woman living with a brain injury, supporting her independence and enriching her day-to-day life through meaningful interaction and high-quality care.

Main duties of the job

The Brain Injury Support Worker will provide tailored, person-centred care for a client with complex needs, supporting with personal care, mobility, and daily routines. They will also administer medications, monitor overall wellbeing, carry out PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, and oxygen therapy, and manage seizures calmly and confidently. The role requires excellent communication and team-working abilities, as well as experience in brain injury support or complex care settings.
