Children Complex Care Assistant

Excellent complex pay rates from £14.75 - £15.25 per hour, PLUS holiday pay & pension. This equates to a rolled-up hourly rate of £17.03 - £17.60!

We are seeking Complex Support Workers or experienced Care Assistants to deliver outstanding support and care to children and young adults with various complex needs within their own homes in Workington/Whitehaven and surrounding areas.

This role involves supporting individuals with needs such as:

• Autism, challenging behaviors, and learning difficulties support
• Clinical intervention
• Peg feeds, tracheostomy care, clinical suction
• Positive behavioral support
• Social interaction and educational enrichment
• Mental health support
• Personal care and toileting
