Job summary

Retain Healthcare is seeking passionate Clinical Support Workers to join our expanding team across Melksham, Chippenham, Calne, Trowbridge, Devizes and surrounding areas. You will support clients with daily care and complex clinical needs in their own homes, promoting independence and safety.

We provide bespoke training, ongoing development, weekly pay, a pension scheme, 28 days annual leave, free uniform and paid training, plus rewards for referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be an experienced healthcare professional.
• Prior clinical experience is highly preferred, but full training can be provided for PEG feeding, stoma care and spinal injuries.
• NVQ Level 3 in Social Care is highly desirable.
• Must hold a FULL UK driving license.
• Kind-hearted, hard-working and creative approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily personal care and complex mobility needs.
• Manage clinical requirements, specifically PEG feeding and stoma care.
• Provide specialist support for individuals with spinal injuries and other long-term neurological conditions.
• Competent use of moving and assisting equipment, including ceiling track hoists and electric wheelchairs.
• Promote independence, companionship and social engagement within the community.
